Lenore Betteridge was the lead vocalist in Sydney indie band The Pearly Gatecrashers for a number of years in the 90s. They released three albums and were successful in the Asian markets especially in Japan while they were signed to Shock Records.
Lenore retired from music in the late 90s. Her guitarist and partner went on to form Blandville after The Pearly Gatecrashers disbanded.
