THE BLUE BEATS
Brisbane band formed in the mid 60s. One of the first all female rock bands to come out of Australia. Members were Lorraine Thorn on guitar, Ailsa O'Malley on drums, Joan Purdy on bass and Lyn Wilson on guitar.
