Simone Dee started her career in the 80s and is one of Australia’s finest soul singers and has worked with Australian musical legends from Glen Shorrock and John Farnham to Paul Mac. She recorded a number of singles and an album on the Flamingo label. Internationally she has appeared on London’s West End and she has provided backing vocals for Anastacia, Maxwell and Incognito. In 2008 she established Live To Sing a singing school, committed to nurturing the singing voice of all ages. One of her students was Nicki Webster. She is still out there singing as recently as Jan 2024 in London.
