Barbara Hogarth was the bass player firstly in Government Drums and then Essendon Airport a post punk group out of Melbourne in the early 80s. After the break-up of the band in 1983, Hogarth, Robert Goodge on guitar, Ian Cox on saxophone set about forming a band to create inventive, commercial, funk-pop music. That band became I'm Talking with Kate Ceberano and Zan Abeyratne on vocals.
Excellent Funky Bass Player.
