Josie Jason was a guitar virtuoso who played in Jimi the Human, Spectre 7, Mother, Goddess and fronted Josie Jason and the Argonauts. Jason was also a session player, guitar teacher and mentor. A goddess of Melbourne rock she was farewelled with a spectacular funeral service in the Esplanade Hotel's Gershwin Room after losing her battle with cancer aged 49 in 2011.
She left a Mark on people that meet her that will last there entire lives. She was so grand..
